Ingredients For russ's rinktum ditty

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbs. butter
  • 2 C. stewed tomatoes
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 lb. cheese, grated
  • 1 egg, beaten

How To Make russ's rinktum ditty

  • 1
    Cook onion in butter until tender. Add tomatoes, salt, pepper and sugar, and heat. Add cheese and cook until melted, stirring constantly. Add egg slowly, stirring constantly and cook 1 minute longer. Serve on buttered toast.
