Ingredients For russ's pork chop dinner

  • 2 (1/2-inch thick) pork chops
  • 1 Tbs. flour
  • 1 Tbs. vegetable oil
  • 2 1/2 Tbs. Parmesan cheese, grated (divided)
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 C. raw potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 med. onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1/2 C. hot water
  • 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice

How To Make russ's pork chop dinner

    Dredge pork chops in flour and brown in oil. Combine cheese, salt, and pepper. Place pork chops in skillet or baking dish and sprinkle 1 tablespoon of cheese mixture over chops. Arrange potatoes over chops and sprinkle 1 tablespoon of cheese mixture over potatoes. Lay onions on top of potatoes. Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water and stir in lemon juice. Pour over chops. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese mixture on top. Simmer for 1 hour.
