Ingredients For russ's panfish salad

  • 1 lb. panfish fillets, cooked until flakes
  • 1 pkg. salad macaroni, cooked as directed
  • 1/2 C. green onions, chopped up
  • 2 med red potatoes, boiled and cubed
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped up
  • 1 med. cucumber, chopped up
  • 1 apple, cored and chopped up
  • 6 radishes, cut up
  • 1/2 C. sweet pickles, chopped up
  • 1/2 C. shredded cheese, your favorite type
  • mushrooms, optional
  • 1 C. Miracle Whip
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make russ's panfish salad

  • 1
    In a large bowl combine the cooked macaroni, fish, onions, potatoes, bell pepper, cucumber, apple, radishes, pickles and shredded cheese; mix well. Add Miracle Whip and toss gently to coat ingredients. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate and Serve Cold.
