Ingredients For russ’s creamy egg salad

1 Pkg (8 ounces) Cream cheese (softened)

1/4 C Mayonnaise

1/2 tsp Salt

1/8 tsp Pepper

1/4 C Green or sweet red pepper (finely chopped)

1/4 C Celery (finely chopped)

1/4 C Sweet relish (pickle or hamburger)

2 Tbs Minced fresh parsley

8 Eggs (hard boiled and chopped)
How To Make russ’s creamy egg salad

1In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, mayonnaise, salt and pepper until smooth. Add green pepper, celery, relish and parsley. Fold in eggs. Refrigerate until serving.
