My Son decided to put himself through culinary school several years ago and was so lucky to get his first job with Emeril Lagasse in Orlando FL. He just walked into Emeril's restarunt and ask Emeril if he was hiring any cooks. Emeril told him to go back into the kitchen and cook a dinner for him to sample. So Aaron did and by gosh GOT THE JOB! When my Birthday came up that same year; Aaron surprised me with this chef hat where Emeril had signed it wishing me a Happy Birthday and took Aaron's picture along with a menu for that day. Aaron has moved on since and I am so proud of him and so proud to have this chef hat setting in my kitchen.
