I'm always looking for great-tasting ways to use up that left-over turkey from Thanksgiving. My family loves this spicy panini, with enough other flavors to keep it from being another boring sandwich!

Ingredients For turkey panini

1/4 cchipotle mayonnaise
-
4 slicefried bacon
-
1/4 cgrated taco cheese
-
leftover cooked turkey
-
1 smonion, sliced and caramelized

1 Tbspbutter
-
1 tspolive oil
-
2 tspminced garlic
-
panini for two sandwiches
How To Make turkey panini

1Melt butter and 1 tablespoon olive oil in a heavy skillet over medium heat. Cook onions and garlic in butter and olive oil over medium-low or low heat until they are browned and carmelized - 10 to 15 minutes. Stir frequently.

2Spread mayonnaise on all cut sides of panini.

3Layer turkey, bacon, cheese and onion on one side of sandwich. Top with other side.

4Heat until cheese is melted and panini is browned.
