I found this on a weight watchers website. I added roasted red peppers to kick up the vitamins and flavors. Try it with reduced fat bisquick. I do not have my own photo, so I posted a similar one that has chicken instead of turkey. It makes 6 servings: 1 serving has 300 calories and 14 grams of fat and 15 gr protein. If you like greek flavors this is for you!

Ingredients For turkey gyro pizza

  • 2 c
    original bisquick mix
  • 1/4 tsp
    oregano, dried (or use basil or italian seasoning)
  • 1/2 c
    cold water
  • 1/4 lb
    sliced deli turkey breast; cut into strips
  • 1 can
    sliced ripe olives, drained
  • 1-2
    roasted red peppers, sliced
  • 1/2 c
    crumbled feta cheese (2 oz)
  • 1 1/2 c
    shredded mozzarella or provolone
  • 1 sm
    tomato chopped
  • 1/2 c
    chopped cucumber

How To Make turkey gyro pizza

  • 1
    Heat oven to 425. Stir bisquick mix, spice and cold water; beat vigorously 20 strokes until soft dough forms.

    Press dough into an ungreased 12 inch pizza pan; using fingers dipped in bisquick mix. Pinch edges to form a 1/2 inch rim. Bake about 15 mins. or till golden brown.

    Top crust with the turkey, olives and peppers. Sprinkle with the cheeses. Bake about 10 min. or until cheese melts.
  • 4
    Sprinkle with tomato and cucumber.
