How To Make turkey chili casserole

1Preheat oven to 375.

2Prepare a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray; set aside.

3In a saucepan, melt butter over medium-high heat; sprinkle with flour.

4Cook, whisking quickly and constantly, for 2 minutes; whisk in milk and parmesan cheese.

5Cook, stirring constantly for another 2 minutes until thickened; remove from heat.

6Add noodles, turkey, onions, bell peppers, and mustard to saucepan; toss to mix well.
