These are wonderful for a quick meal with Homemade soup! Made these recently for a baby shower and they were a favorite of everyones.Make sure that you get the romaine, carrots in there for the crunch! Sometimes I use julienned jicama in this as well.Enjoy!

Ingredients For sandra dee's turkey wraps

  • 2 1/2 lb
    oven roasted deli turkey (sliced thin)
  • 2 - 8 oz pkg
    philly cream cheese (room temp)
  • 1 pkg
    broccoli sprouts
  • 1 pkg
    bagged romaine lettuce with spinach, carrots (rinsed & dried)
  • 1 lg
    english cucumber, peeled and sliced thinly on a mandoline
  • 2 lg
    cloves fresh garlic (finely minced)
  • 1 md
    sweet red onion (finely minced)
  • 2-3 Tbsp
    fresh chives (you can also used dried)
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh parsley ( you can also use dried)
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh coarse ground pepper
  • 1 c
    black olives finely chopped
  • 2 pkg
    (large) jalapeno cheddar tortillas or lavish bread

    In colander place peeled and sliced cucumbers and lightly salt, let them sit for 20 minutes to release any excess liquid.Meanwhile In large bowl mix cream cheese with all the herbs, pepper, onion, garlic and olives, mix well until fully incorporated.

    Remove cucumbers and drain on paper toweling, you do not want these too wet.Begin assembling wraps by placing approx. 2-3 Tablespoons or so of herbed cream cheese using a rubber spatula is easiest, on the tortilla or lavish bread,Top the cream cheese with 3 or so slices of turkey,then a portion of the sprouts, then a few cucumbers, then a portion of the romaine salad mix.

    Roll the tortilla or lavish bread tight making sure the ingredients are tucked in tight!Slice on the diagonal, plate and enjoy!
