My Mom made this for my brother, sister and I when we were little, and we just loved it. Mom is gone now and I have grandchildren. As our granddaughter got older (she is 7 now) I wanted to find things to entice her to eat. So I kept trying out different things and finally got the receipe like Mom's. My Emily loves it and now likes to help. It tastes just like home.

You can adjust the amounts to suit the size of your family and add or take away what you don't like. Saute the onions first, then add the hot dogs cut in bite size pieces, corn, olives and heat up, then add the stewed tomatoes and sugar. Let simmer while pasta is cooking, add a touch of chili powder for flavor, not heat. Then mix the pasta with the hot dog mixture top with cheese if you like.
