Another recipe that’s especially good for busy cooks (working mom’s of young kids?). Quick prep, set and go! A high protein favorite when mine were little! Ingredients For loki’s slow cooked pork chops

2 Tbspolive oil
-
1 lgonion sliced

3 lgpork chops, center cut, boneless

1 pkgsavory herb and garlic soup mix

1 cancream of mushroom soup

1 cchardonnay
How To Make loki’s slow cooked pork chops

1Sauté onions in multi cooker or pan and add to the slow cooker

2Lay chops on top of onions

3Sprinkle herb soup mix over chops and cover with can of mushroom soup and pour Chardonnay over.

4Cover and set the cooker for at least 1 hours (for fresh cuts, 2 hours for frozen cuts) up to 4 hours. Check for liquid at 3 hours. If the liquid is below the chops you can add a little more wine or water

5Suggest to serve over brown rice (109 cal/half cup) or mashed potatoes (128 cal/half cup no butter/milk/or sour cream).
