salmon fillets
INGREDIENTS FOR MARINADE
1/2 c

oil
1/4 c

red wine vinegar
3/4 tsp

garlic salt
1/4 tsp

salt
1/8 tsp

pepper
1/4 tsp

sugar
1/2 tsp

italian seasoning
1 clove

garlic, minced
1 tsp

water

How To Make grilled salmon marinade

Mix all the marinade ingredients in a ziploc bag.

Add the salmon to the bag. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Grill 15 minutes for a steak, 6 minutes for a filet. Brushing often with leftover marinate.
