This Beef Roast is so easy, prep is short and easy ... let you crock pot do the work ... so tender and Gravy is amazing! Depends on your roast, OR your crock pot ... not sure, but I'm leaning towards the roast ...I have used the same crock pot and cook the same way, it just sometimes has more broth so you may have to thicken your gravy. Enjoy!

Ingredients For 3 packet roast with gravy

1 pkgitalian dressing

1 pkghidden valley ranch dressing

1 pkgbrown gravy mix

2 cwater

2-3 lbboneless chuck roast
How To Make 3 packet roast with gravy

1Combine all 3 packages with water to dissolve ...

2Brown the Roast in skillet, do not add any salt and pepper ... Pkgs. tend to be a little salty ... I add pepper about half way thru cooking time .

3Place roast in Crock pot ... Pour package and water mixture over top of roast. Cover ... Set crock pot on high ... cook 5-6 hours. I turn it over after about 3 hrs. This is when I check to see if it needs any salt and add pepper.

4Serve with mashed potatoes and a Veggie.
