These are my absolute favorite ribs. My 4yr old almost ate a whole slab.

Ingredients For indoor outdoor ribs

    slabs baby back ribs
  • 1 c
    ranch dressing
  • 4 Tbsp
    montreal steak seasioning
  • 8 Tbsp
    garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    jamacian jerk seasoning powder
  • 2 sheet
    parchment paper
  • 2 sheet
    renolyds wrap
  • 1 bottle
    open pit hickory bar-b-que sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    agave nectar
  • 1 dash
    ginger
  • 1 dash
    cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp
    orange juice

How To Make indoor outdoor ribs

    Wash pat dry the ribs, remove silver lining. Mix spices together.

    Rub Ranch dressing all over ribs. Marinate overnight.

    Sprinkle spice mixture all over.

    Cook over indirect heat for 1 hour, remove ribs from grill and place on 1 sheet of parchment paper stack ribs and wrap, wrap again in second piece of parchment, then wrap twice with foil making sure sealed tight.

    place directly on oven rake, Bake 400 degrees for 40 minutes.

    Add Open Pit Bar-B-Que sauce (Hickory flavor) to sauce pan add 1tbl agave nectar, dash of cinnamon and ginger,2tbl orange juice . Bring to boil and simmer until reduced serve with ribs
