Ingredients For tangy pork chops

  • 4
    boneless porkchops
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper
  • 2 md
    onions,julienned
  • 1 lg
    green pepper,julienned
  • 1 can
    14.5oz stewed tomatoes
  • 1/2 c
    ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp
    cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1
    beef bouillon, cubes
  • 2 Tbsp
    each,cornstarch and water

How To Make tangy pork chops

    Sprinkle chops with S&P,pre heat a deep skillet with olive oil and brown chops.

    Add the next 9 ingredients,cover and simmer on med-high heat for about 15-20 minutes or until chops are 165 degrees and onions and peppers are tender.

    Mix cornstarch and water,stir into skillet to thicken sauce.

    Serve over hot rice
