When my husband and I were first dating I absolutely fell in love... with his mother! She took me under her arm, taught me to cook and how to be a good host. One of the dishes that I loved from her kitchen is this porkchop recipe. When she taught me how to cook it I was so puzzled by the ingredients! How on earth does it look like this going in and like that coming out? I still do not know, but it does every time! Its very yummy, give it a try!
