Ingredients For sweet n' sour pork( well my easy version)

2large onions
-
3-4green peppers
-
3 cbrown sugar
-
1/2bottle of ketchup ( i use corn syrup free)but sure it wouldn't matter

1 pkgpork chops, boneless or those super thin pork strips
How To Make sweet n' sour pork( well my easy version)

1layer in the crock-pot sliced onions sliced green peppers pork and repeat till used all ingredients

2top with the brown sugar and ketchup place lid on top and simmer on low all day at least 5 hrs maybe even 6 till meat just falls apart... no need to stir just let it cook all day....

3I place it over white rice....I have an 11yr old son and a 6 yr old daughter and they both loved it!! because it has a sweet taste I'm sure!!!! you won't believe how it tastes and smells just like the sweet and sour pork at the oreintal resteraunts!!!
