This is made in the crockpot! You can use this meat in any type of Mexican dish that you would like. I use it in Green Chile Enchiladas, Tacos, and Quesdillas.

2 can

coke or pepsi (not diet)
1 can

frozen orange juice
1 md

chopped onion
salt and pepper
1 sm

can of green chile enchilada sauce(any brand)
brown sugar

How To Make shredded sweet pork(like cafe rio's sweet pork barbacoa)

Place pork in the bottom of a crock pot.

Add 2 cans of cola, container of orange juice, and onion. Sprinkle pepper and salt on top.

Cook on low for 8-10 hours.

Shred meat after cooking and place it in a 12 inch skillet. Add green chile enchilada sauce and brown sugar to taste.
