Ingredients For saucy chops

  • 4 chops bunch
    cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 c
    ketsup
  • 1/2 c
    b b q sauce
  • 1 lg
    onion
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/4 c
    vingar
  • 1/4 c
    mustard
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • SAUCY CHOPS

How To Make saucy chops

    preheat oven on 350
  • 2
    take chops and cut into small pieces and put in med size baking dish that has a cover..

    Get a small saucepan and put butter into it and let it melt, then add your onion,let cook until soft, then add the ketchup,mustard. brown sugar and BBQ sauce& vinegar... Let simmer for 10 mins then pour over chops, Put cover over baking dish and bake for 2 hrs.Serve with rice,,enjoy
