I recently have been trying new ways to cook pork, because I don't care that much for it. It always seems to be dry. I tried this combination of ingredients and found that the meet is tasty, moist and tender. I have made it several times in recent months and served it to our family, and some friends. So far every one has enjoyed it. An comlpemented me for my recipe. Now I actually like pork.

1 1/2 capple juice
How To Make roast pork loin

1Bake 20 minutes to a pound at 350 degreese Put the meat in a deep dish roasting pan Sprinkle with rotissere seasoning, or your favorite seasoning. Salt and pepper to your taste. Place sliced onions and sliced apples on the top of the meat. Pour the apple juice over the top.And bake.
