This burger is so juicy and very filling. Don't slack on quality when buying the buns to go with this. You definitely don't want a bun that falls apart or one that is dry. Enjoy all this burger is with a few of your own favorite toppings.

Ingredients For purkey ramien burgers

  • 1 lb
    ground pork
  • 1 lb
    ground turkey, lean
  • 2 pkg
    ramien noodles, crushed
  • 2 lg
    sweet onion, sliced thin
  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 1/8 tsp
    cheyenne pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp
    curry powder
  • 1/2 c
    carrot, shredded
  • 1/4 c
    bread crumbs, dry
  • 1 lb
    mushrooms, sliced

How To Make purkey ramien burgers

    Mix together in large bowl, pork, turkey, eggs, Worcestershire, carrots, bread crumbs, crushed ramien noodles(including sauce packets), and spices. Cover and Refrigerate for one hour.

    After meat mixture has settled in the fridge for an hour, mold into approximately 1/4 pound patties.

    Spray 2 large frying pans, cook 4 patties in each pan. After patties are cooked on one side, turn over.

    Split up the sliced onions and mushrooms and place on top of burgers. Cover and cook an additional 10 minutes
