as a OTR truck driver I try to come up with things I can make while driving so I can have a good meal, not fast food. This is one of the first things I came up with, I hope you enjoy it. Drivers and home cooks alike!

baby carrots

salt, pepper, & bay leaf

stuffing mix pork flavored
How To Make pork roast with stuffing

1place roast, carrots, spices and water in crock pot. Secure tightly while driving, (for OTR drivers) let cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. When you are done driving for the day, remove items from water (make sure to get out the bay leaf). Pour pork stuffing mix in to water and sitr. Let stand 5 min. and eat. Leftovers store well in zip locks or plastic containers for next days great meal.
