This has such a great flavor. I always thought I made a pretty good meat loaf with ground beef, but this one is so much better. In fact, this is probably the only one I'll make from now on, it's that good. My husband says he likes it better also. And like me, he thought my regular meatloaf was pretty good too. This is very moist. You can also use half ground pork and half sausage. I don't use any salt because of the flavoring in the stuffing is enough for us. If you want you could add it. You can also add cheese or sprinkle some on top when it finished baking. Anyway it's very good! Oink!

Mix pork, stuffing mix, milk, eggs, sauce, mushrooms, and onion all together, mixing well. I use my just washed hands. Place in a broiler pan sprayed with Pam or if you don't have one you can use a pizza pan and a foil lined jelly roll pan to catch the grease. Make sure to spray it as well. (see pic)

Shape into loaf, not too tall coz it takes too long to bake. I cover mine on top completely with ketchup. You can do yours however you want. I think the ketchup just gives it a nicer flavor. Bake for 1 to 1 hour and 15 minutes. Mine takes the longer one. You can also divide into 4 loaves. These probably take 40 - 45 minutes.
