    seasoning salt sprinkled all over chopes

    cooking oil or olive oil. couple tablespoons

    onions, small white chopped
  • can
    1 large can of tomato sauce
  • can
    1 can crushed tomatos
  • clove
    1 clove of fresh garlic chopped
  • can
    1 can of sliced jalepenos with the juice .la costa

    one half cup of water.

    half can el pato sauce

    in big frying pan put your oil and place well seasoned chopes brown both sides and onions chopped big peices cooked with them, to that add garlic and tomato sauce and crushed tomatos and sliced jalepenos and pato sauce and water. all this should be covering your meat put on slow fire let cook and simmer makeing a sauce.cook about 35min, when done serve on plate meat covered with your spicey tomato jalapeno sauce. i serve it with refried beans and spanish rice/and tortillas. there your dinner,
