This is a best casserole recipe ever. I created it to be filled with pork, such as sliced smoked sausage, sliced boneless pork chops, crumbled sausage patties and cubed ham.

Ingredients For cajun pork casserole

32 ozfrozen cubed hash potatoes, thawed

2 Tbspavocado oil, divided

1 lbsmoked sausage, sliced

1 lgvidalia onion, peeled and chopped

1 mdred bell pepper, sliced

3 Tbspcajun seasoning, divided

4fresh boneless pork chops, sliced

4pork sausage patties, crumbled

2 ccubed ham
-
1 cheavy cream
-
1 cancondensed cream of chicken soup

8 ozcream cheese, softened
-
1/2 cchopped carrot
-
3/4 cpanko bread crumbs
-
1 cshredded mozzerella cheese
-
1 ccubed processed American cheese
How To Make cajun pork casserole

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2Coat a 3-quart baking dish with cooking spray. Add hash brown potatoes evenly.

3Heat 1 tablespoon avocado oil in a large deep skillet over medium-low heat. Add sliced smoked sausages, onion and peppers, and cook 5 minutes or until tender. Remove from heat. Season with 1 tablespoon cajun seasoning.

4Spoon into a baking dish with hash brown potatoes.

5Heat remaining avocado oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add sliced pork chops, crumbled sausage patties and cubed ham and saute for 3 minutes until browned. Stir in honey mustard and 1 tablespoon cajun seasoning. Remove from heat.

6In a large bowl, combine heavy cream, soup, cream cheese, chopped carrot and remaining cajun seasoning. Whisk together until blended. Add pork mixture and mix together.

7Transfer to a prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with panko bread crumbs. Cover with aluminum foil.

8Bake for 20 minutes .Remove the aluminum foil and top with shedded mozzerella and cubed American cheese.

9Return to the oven uncovered for 10 minutes longer or until bubbly.
