I saw this recipe on the Rachael Ray Show and thought it was so great and wanted to add it to my other waffle sandwiches and pancakes. I tweaked it a little. Great Recipe- my family loved it- we had a side salad with it like she suggested. ENJOY! NOTE: Just think of all the othesandwichhe combinations to put into the waffle iron. Like- peanut butter and jelly peanut butter and bananas scrambled egg and bacon or sausage or ham bacon and tomato cheese, tomato, avocado and bacon peanut butter, chocolate and marshmallows I could go on and on but you get it........
