How To Make mescalero chili

1Put beer and water into a large pot and bring to a boil.

2Add tomato sauce, soy sauce and salt to taste.

3Fry meat and then add to pot.

4Saute the onions and bell peppers in the meat grease and add to pot.

5Add tomato paste and all other ingredients.

6Cook for 45 minutes stirring often.
