Ingredients For low-cal pork diane

  • 1 Tbsp
    water
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 tsp
    dijon-style mustard
  • 4
    boneless pork loin chops, 1
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh chives, snipped
  • 1 tsp
    lemon-pepper seasoning

How To Make low-cal pork diane

    In small bowl, whisk together water, worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and mustard. Set aside sauce. Trim any fat from chops. Sprinkle both sides of chops w/ lemon-pepper seasoning.

    Melt butter in lg skillet, over medium heat. Add chops and cook, turning once for about 12 mins each side, or until browned. Remove chops to a platter.

    Pour reserved sauce into skillet, scraping up any brown bits. Pour sauce over chops. Sprinkle chops w/ chives.
