If you are in a hurry, try using precooked bacon, cook for a minute to make it easier to crumble. You can also trim the fat but using only 8 slices and using skim milk and reduced fat mayonnaise.

Ingredients For impossibly easy blt pie

  • 12 slice
    bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled
  • 1 c
    shredded swiss cheese (4oz.)
  • 1/2 c
    original bisquick mix
  • 1/3 c
    mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 3/4 c
    milk
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper
  • 2 md
    eggs
  • 2 Tbsp
    mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1 c
    shredded lettuce
  • 6 slice
    tomato (thin)

How To Make impossibly easy blt pie

    Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray 9-in glass pie plate with cooking spray. Layer bacon and cheese in pie plate.

    I medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix, 1/3 cup of mayonnaise, the milk, pepper, and eggs with wire whisk until blended. Pour into pie plate.

    Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until top is golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Spread 2 tablespoons mayonnaise over top of pie. Sprinkle with lettuce. Place tomato slices on lettuce.
