Ingredients For hognob pork stew

3 lbboneless pork roast

1 lbbaby carrots
-
2 lgsweet potatoes
-
1 lbgreen beans (may use frozen)

1 lbsweet corn (may use frozen)

2 lgapples
-
1/2 lbmushrooms, fresh

1 lgonion
-
1/2 cmaple syrup
-
6 clovegarlic
-
1 qtchicken broth, low salt
-
1 cwine (rose or white zin)
How To Make hognob pork stew

1Cube and brown pork.

2Chop onions, dice garlic, slice mushrooms and saute together until tender.

3Peel and chunk sweet potatoes and apples.

4Halve baby carrots.

5Put all ingredients in large slow cooker and set on high for 1 hour.

6Reduce heat to low and cook for 6 hours.

7Add salt and pepper to taste and finish cooking for 1 hour.

8Serve with buttered, fresh bread of your choice and enjoy!
