How To Make ham & corn custard

1Saute onion in drippings until tender.

2Beat eggs in a bowl; add milk, ham, corn, parsley and seasonings.

3Stir in onions.

4Pour mixture into a buttered 1-quart casserole.

5Bake in preheated 350 oven 30 to 40 minutes, or until custard is firm.
