2 lbpork, cubed

cooked rice

1 dashpepper

1 tspground ginger

1 Tbspsugar

1minced garlic clove

1/4 conion, sliced

2 Tbspsherry

1/3 csoy sauce

1/3 cchicken broth

1flour

3 Tbsppeanut oil
How To Make ginger pork

1Dredge meat in flour.

2Heat oil in large skillet.

3Add half of meat and brown quickly.

4Remove meat and set aside.

5Pour off excess oil from pan.

6Combine chicken broth, soy sauce and sherry.

7Add onion, garlic, sugar, ginger and pepper.

8Place in a pan along with meat.

9Simmer, covered, for 15 minutes or until meat is tender.

10Serve over rice.
