6pork steaks, cut 1 to 1-1/4-inch thick

3/4 cbottled barbecue sauce

1/2 choney
-
1 tspgarlic salt

1/2 tspprepared mustard

1 lgonion, sliced
How To Make farm style honey bbq pork steaks

1Place pork steaks in a 9 by 13 inch pan. Mix all remaining ingredients, except onion slices. Place onion slices over meat. Next, pour sauce over meat and onions. Move meat and onions as needed to get sauce under meat as well as on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until pork is well done.
