This pork tenderloin is by far the best I've ever made...The whole family loved it...They want it every week, was their replies...words can't explain how delicious this was...it was so tender you could cut it with a fork... I served it with rice, fried potatoes and a veggie...the sauce will be tripled next time...it was served over the rice...my new all time favorite way to serve pork...if you have an upcoming dinner for quests, you would be sure to impress them with this meat... You will have to try it, and be the judge...I know you will love it too!!! My photos

Ingredients For superb glazed tenderloins

  • I DOUBLED EVERYTHING EXCEPT THE PORK AND GARLIC...WILL TRIPLE IT NEXT TIME
  • 1 pkg
pork tenderloins (2–2.5 lbs), there should be two small tenderloins in the package
  • 6 clove
    garlic, slivered
  • 1/4 c
    soy sauce ( i doubled )
  • 2 Tbsp
    dijon mustard ( i doubled )
  • 4 Tbsp
    honey ( i doubled )
  • 2 Tbsp
    orange juice ( i doubled )
  • 1 Tbsp
fresh rosemary, chopped ( i used dried and didn't double )
  • 1 tsp
    pepper ( i doubled )
  • 3 Tbsp
    olive oil ( i doubled )

How To Make superb glazed tenderloins

  • 1
Preheat your oven to 350 degree F. Spray an 11 x 17 baking pan with cooking spray. Use a sharp knife to poke 6 holes along the topside of each of the tenderloins going about an inch deep. Push a sliver of garlic into each hole and place the tenderloins in the baking dish.
  • 2
In a small bowl whisk together the soy sauce, mustard, honey, juice, rosemary, pepper, and olive oil.
  • 3
Pour the marinade over the tenderloins.
  • 4
Bake uncovered for 45 minutes basting every 7–10 minutes. This gives the tenderloins a delicious glaze over the top. ( I will triple the sauce next time...pouring 1/2 over the pork and reducing the rest in a saucepan for rice.)
  • 5
Transfer the tenderloins to a large cutting board and allow them to rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Thinly slice the tenderloins and transfer to a serving dish or plates. Drizzle the marinade from the pan over the sliced pork medallions and enjoy! Just fantastic!!!
