These ribs come out moist, tender and tasty every time. If you like them a little spicier increase the red pepper flakes. If you like them sweeter adjust the brown sugar. In other words season to suit your tastebuds.

Ingredients For dry rub pork ribs

  • 1
    rack pork ribs, approx. 12 bones
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp
    paprika
  • 1 tsp
    fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp
    mustard powder
  • 2 tsp
    salt
  • 3 tsp
    brown sugar

How To Make dry rub pork ribs

    Preheat oven to 325°F
  • 2
    Cut pork ribs into sections of 3 or 4 bones

    Mix remaining ingredients well, sprinkle on both sides of ribs and rub into the meat.

    Seal rib sections in foil with a tablespoon of water in each package, and bake for 2 hours on a cookie sheet in the center of the oven. Open foil carefully as steam escapes.
