6carrots, chopped

3sweet potatoes, peeled & quartered

1-1/2 lbboneless ham, whole or sliced

1 cmaple syrup
How To Make crockpot ham & sweet potatoes for 2

1Place carrots & sweet potatoes in the bottom of the crock pot. Place the ham on top of the vegetables. Pour syrup over top of ham & vegetables. Cook on low 6-8 hours.
