2 cfully cooked ham, cubed

1/2 cchopped onions

1/2 mdgreen pepper, cut into 1/2 inch squares

1 clovegarlic, minced

1 lbcan, tomatoes, cut up

1bay leaf, crushed

1 tspinstant beef bouillon granules

1 tspsugar

1/2 tspdried thyme, crushed

1/2 tspchili powder

1/8 tsphot pepper sauce

4 1/2 ozcan small shrimp
-
2 chot cooked rice
How To Make creole jambalaya

1In a 12x71/2x 2 inch glass baking dish, melt butter in microwave oven, about 30 seconds. Add ham, onion, green pepper, and garlic. Cover with waxed paper. Micro cook 5 minutes, or until vegetables are tender; stirring once.

2Stir in next 7 ingredients, 1/2 cup water, and a dash of pepper. Micro cook, covered 4 minutes.

3Drain shrimp; stir in shrimp and rice. Micro cook, covered, 3 minutes; stir. Micro cook, covered, additional 3 minutes, or until bubbly.

4Pass additional hot pepper sauce !!
