Ingredients For cranberry glazed pork chops

  • 2 Tbsp
    canola oil
  • 6
    bone in or boneless chops
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1 can
    whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 c
    apple jelly
  • 1 Tbsp
    guldens spicey mustard
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried thyme leaves
  • 1 Tbsp
    cornstarch

How To Make cranberry glazed pork chops

    Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Sprinkle meat with salt. Place in the skillet: cook 4 minutes or until lightly browned. Turn meat, reduce heat to medium and cook 6 minutes more. Just until slightly pink in the centers.

    Stir together remaining ingredients in a small bowl until well blended. Gradually add to meat in skillet: cook 3 to 4 minutes or until sauce is thickened, stirring constantly.
