This is also called Boy Scout Pork Chops. When the boys were out camping they would make these chops in a dutch oven. Of course they didn't have an oven. lol. They are so good and tender...Worth trying if you have never had them this way.

How To Make coca cola porkchops

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a large baking pan with non stick spray. Layer pork chops in the bottom of the pan. Pour cola over the top of them and sprinkle with brown sugar, if you like. Bake for one hour. Do not cover. Pork chops should be very tender. Delicious and easy. I like to drizzle a little mustard on top of mine and then the brown sugar
