This can also be cooked in a dutch oven or deep casserole dish in the oven at 325 F for two hours or until tender. If you cook it slow in the crockpot, it will not hurt it to stay in the crockpot for longer than the recommended six hours. It will just shred more easily and be that much more tender.

    small bottle of catsup
  • 1 can
    regular coca cola
  • 4 Tbsp
    wostershire sauce
  • 4 pinch
    ground black pepper
  • 6-8
    boneless pork chops

How To Make coca cola pork chops

    Before trimming, saute pork chops in a hot skillet, just enough to brown them on both sides.

    After browning the chops, trim all fat off and discard.

    In the crockpot, mix remaining ingredients, then add the browned pork chops.

    Cook on low for six hours or more. Pork will be extremely tender and probably will shred.

    Serve with some rice of your choice, using juices for gravy on the rice.
