How To Make candi's smokin' hot meatballs

  • 1
Mix all ingredients in bowl very well, cover and let sit in the fridge for the day or over night. Form into meatballs when ready to cook. Mix your gravy thin as it will thicken in the smoker, place in smoker when hot.
  • 2
Place meatballs into pan and place in smoker. (I use a pan I have drilled holes in so they dont cook in their grease, the grease drains onto the coals/wood as they cook and helps keep them hot!) Turn after 20 minutes, after another 20 minutes transfer meatballs into gravy to simmer in smoker.
  • 3
Simmer for about 10-15 minutes, serve hot over pasta or rice!
