Ingredients For big ol' mess

  • 1 lb
    smoked sausage, cut into chuncks
  • 3
    jalapeno peppers, sliced
  • 1
    grren bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1
    sweet onion, cut into chunks
  • 1/4 c
    tabasco sauce
  • 1-10 oz
    sweet and sour sauce
  • skewers, optional
  • crusted bread, such as, italian, baguette, or pita bread, optional

How To Make big ol' mess

  • 1
    Place sausage, peppers, and onion in heavy aluminum foil. You can also place items onto skewers randomly.

    Mix hot sauce and sweet and sour sauce in a small bowl and pour over the mixture or over skewers. seal edges of alum. foil.

    Place onto grill for 45 min, turning every 15 min. Or bake at 350 for 30-45 min.

    Eat by itself, on skewer, or on a good crusted bread.
