These are quick easy ways to add Pumpkin! Is a Pumpkin a veggie or a fruit. We treat it like a veggie & a fruit but technically it's a fruit because it grows on a vine and contains seeds. This is according to the HEIRLOOM veggie & fruit experts :)

  • brown sugar
  • SMOOTHIE
  • 1 c
    pumpkin
  • 1 lg
    banana, frozen
  • 1 c
    greek yogurt, vanilla
  • 2 tsp
    honey
  • MAC & CHEESE
  • 1/2 can
    pumpkin
  • 1 box
    mac &cheese or homemade
  • CHILI
  • your homemade chili
  • 1 can
    pumpkin
  • SALAD DRESSING
  • 1 Tbsp
    added to your home made dressing.
  • PASTA SAUCE
  • 3 Tbsp
    pumpkin

How To Make six ways to add pumpkin!

    OATMEAL: stir in pumpkin & brown sugar. I add nuts.

    SMOOTHIE: Mix banana, yogurt & honey in blender. Top with graham cracker crumbs.

    MAC & Cheese: Just add pumpkin to cheese sauce & serve.

    CHILI: Add pumpkin to large pot of your homemade Chili, makes it taste even more delicious & no one will know you added pumpkin.
