Our friend, Al, was kind enough to cover coaching our youth running program while we were at my parents' 50th Anniversary party. I wanted to make him dinner to say thank you and using what I had on hand, created this recipe. Don't worry about the crazy combination... it works and tastes phenomenal. Have received many compliments on the flavor and people can't pin point what it is. What it is is the rather funky combination !
