1 lbground beef

1/4 cdry bread crumbs, fine

1egg, slightly beaten

1/4 tspsalt

1 dashpepper

1 cancream of mushroom soup

1/2 csour cream

1/4 cwater
-
noodles, cooked
How To Make meat ball stroganoff

1Mix thoroughly beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg and seasonings.

2Shape into 16 meat balls.

3In a skillet, brown meat balls; pour off fat.

4Stir in soup, sour cream and water.

5Cover; cook over low heat for 20 minutes.

6Stir now and then.

7Serve with noodles.
