Ingredients For mac & cheese carbonara

  • 1 box
    spiral noodles, cooked and drained
  • 8 1/8 slice
    bacon cubed and rendered
  • 8 1/8 sm
    campari tomatoes seeded then cubed
  • 1/2 pkg
    velveta cubed
  • 3/4 c
    heavy cream or milk for less fat
  • 1/2 pkg
    mexican blend shredded cheese
  • 1 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/4 c
    italian bread crumbs

How To Make mac & cheese carbonara

    Boil and drain noodles and set aside. Render your bacon in a tsp. olive oil until cooked. Drain fat. Set aside. In a sauce pan add milk or cream, and both cheeses and pepper. Melt until sauce turns thick. In a shallow pan, or oven safe dish, toss together noodles, bacon and tomatoes. Pour sauce over the noodles and toss it all together. Pour about 1/4 cup Italian bread crumbs all over the top and bake in the oven at 350 for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
