This is one of my favorites for a chilly night. I serve it with garlic bread. And then a sweet dessert. You can freeze this dish. Don't put the cheese on until ou bake it. It is real easy and good

Ingredients For chili pasta bake

10 ozpenne pasta or any kind you may have

1 lbground beef

1 cchopped onion

2 Tbspchili powder

1 can(14.5oz) del monte diced tomatoes, undrained

1 can8 oz tomato sauce
-
1 csalsa
-
1 can7 oz diced green chilies drained

2 cshredded mexican cheese
How To Make chili pasta bake

11. COOK pasta according to package directions, drain

22;. Cook ground beef and onion in large skillet, drain. Add Chili powder, undrained tomatoes, tomato sauce, salsa and chilies Cook 5 minutes.

3Toss pasta and sauce. Spoon into a 13X9 inch baking dish. Top with cheese. Bake t 350 Degrees for 20 minutes.

4This can be frozen for a later quick meal. Take out of freezer spread 2 cups Shredded Mexican Cheese Place into preheated oven until meat is bubbly and the cheese is melted.
