This is a wonderful quick meal for the family that warms you on a chilly night. It made enough for two people to have it twice.

Ingredients For cheesy beef bake

  • 1 lb
    hamburger
  • 1 sm
    onion, diced
  • 1 Tbsp
    diced garlic
  • 1 jar
    16 oz cheesy ragu double chese sauce
  • 2 c
    uncooked penne
  • 1-2 c
    shredded cheddar
  • 3/4 c
    crushed potato chips

How To Make cheesy beef bake

  • 1
    Cook the hamburger onion and garlic together until done and crumbled.

    Cook the penne until el dente.
  • 3
    Mix cooked hamburger, cheesy sauce, penne, and cheese and put in a greased baking dish. Top with crushed potato chips.

    Cook at 350 degrees for 20=30 minutes until bubbly. Don't over bake as it will dry out. Can add a bit of water or milk before baking if you wish.
