Ingredients For venison meatloaf

  • 1 lb
    ground venison
  • 1 md
    onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1
    beef boullion cube dissolved in 1 c. warm water
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    allspice
  • 1 c
    oatmeal
  • 1
    egg
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper

How To Make venison meatloaf

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients together, reserving 1/2 cup of water with beef boullion.

    Form into loaf and place in center of baking dish. Pour the reserved liquid over the top.

    Bake at 350*, uncovered, for 1 hour.
