venison fried strips

I am the only one who has had this and didn't care much for it. Yet I fix it when requested. I have used the marinade for making chicken breast nuggets and actually enjoyed them. No idea if beef will be considered a substitute for the venison but guessing it would. I found a generic brand mustard just won't taste as good as a more bold flavored one. Never tried a generic Coke. Hope someone likes this one. I just keep the recipe for all the others. I fry quail up too but I don't eat that. To each, their own!
